Justification

MHRA are issuing a tender Open Accelerated Procedure for the purchase of a Purified Water Unit.\r

As per PCR 2015 Reg 27 (5) where a state of urgency duly substantiated by the contracting authority renders impracticable the time limit laid down in paragraph (2), it may fix a time limit which shall be not less than 15 days from the date on which the contract notice is sent.

Description

This requirement is to provide a replacement purified water system to support the MHRA production facility at our South Mimms site (EN6 3QG). This includes removal and disposal of the current system and installation, commissioning, training and validation of a new purified water system to provide a consistent supply of purified water to USP 24.
