Description

This service is to support Young Carers living in Enfield and who are living with family with special needs. The service will engage with children and young people who have been assessed by Enfield's Early Help Team based Young Carer's Assessor and where the level of care is age appropriate and there are no safeguarding concerns. The service will support schools to identify young carers and establish in-school support mechanisms to relieve pressures around education and health.
