Brief description:
We are looking for experienced communications professionals to provide much needed support to an excellent but very stretched corporate team which has been working above and beyond throughout the pandemic.
We need someone who can come in and take some strain off the team from the outset by picking up day to day media, social media and PR work as directed by senior team members.
The position is temporary, and the hours of work will be 37 per week.
We are a small team delivering council corporate communications, PR & media, social media, marketing, digital & design, internal communications and events.
The role requires the ability to be able to write to an excellent standard across multiple platforms, including social media and content management systems.
Local government communications experience is essential.
You will be fully supported by a highly experienced and close-knit team, who will be delighted to welcome you!
