Description
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to the framework agreements to provide Construction works for its Housing Management Capital Investment Programme (Programme) (Contractors'
Framework).
RBKC has divided this procurement into 13 Lots based on the type of works required, the value of works required and geographical area.
Interested Bidders should note that they can only bid for one (1) Lot. RBKC is also undertaking is undertaking a procurement for framework agreements for consultancy services for the Programme (Consultants' Framework) alongside this procurement. Bidders should
note that they cannot bid for both this Contractor's Framework and the Consultants' Framework.
Successful Bidders in each Lot will enter into a four (4) year framework agreement under which specific construction works and tasks will
be awarded by RBKC via an award procedure set out in the contract documents
