Rother District Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the second phase of refurbishment works at 18-40 Beeching Road , Bexhill on Sea . The works comprise of internal fit out works including Contractor's designed elements to include:
• Erection of internal partitions
• Provision of internal floor finishes
• Installation of sanitary provision
• Installation of kitchenette provision
• Internal decorations
• Contractor's designed electrical and mechanical works
