Description

Collect and interpret information for England and the necessary comparison countries. These are identified below, and represent 4 packages or lots of work for the project:
Lot One - Australia and New Zealand (Beef and Lamb).
Lot Two (Indicative) - Ireland, France, Germany, Spain (Beef and Lamb).
Lot Three (Indicative) - North American Beef (US and Canada).
Lot Four (Indicative) - Brazil (Beef).
Comprehensively assess the farm standards which are legal requirements within each country or for devolved states/territories within each country where these issues are devolved from the national level.
Map the landscape of voluntary farm standards schemes within each country, comprehensively assessing the standards which are recognised as the predominant standards that farmers operate to.
Produce a written report collating and standardising the relevant regulatory and voluntary standards, illustrating key similarities and differences.

This opportunity will be awarded to one or more suppliers, depending on their skills within the regions mentioned. Contracts will be staggered and have different start dates, the take up of Lots 2-4 is dependant on the success of Lot 1.
