Description

Greater Manchester Combined Authority GMCA intends to procure an evaluation partner for the Working Well Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care WW IPSPC through an open procurement exercise.

This specification is provided to WW IPSPC bidders for information and context. It includes an overview of the WW IPSPC programme along with a short brief outlining the aims and core questions the evaluation partner would be expected to achieve/ or approach. A copy of the WW IPSPC service specification and a draft sketch or sample data collection form is also attached. You will be advised to read and understand these documents to inform your bid.

Nature of this specification

GMCA seeks the appointment of an evaluation partner whose role it will be to carry out an end to end longitudinal evaluation of Greater Manchester Working Well Integrated Placement and Support in Primary Care

The WW IPSPC evaluation and the service itself is expected to go live in August 2023 and will operate until May 2025. The evaluation partner will be expected to engage with the GMCA and the appointed provider prior to the programme go live in order to finalise an evaluation plan monitoring framework and data collection mechanisms.

Contract start date July 2023

Greater Manchester Combined Authority as part of this procurement exercise invites research and evaluation providers to submit an appropriate bid to a value of 99999 pounds sterling plus VAT.

The programme and its evaluation will be funded through a Department for Work and Pensions grant to the GMCA.
