Description

The Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme are seeking the support of consultants to work with officers to deliver a review and refresh of its Green Space Strategy. Due to changes in planning policy since the production of the existing strategies, the borough are wishing to update / refresh their existing strategies to bring them in line with the NPPF paragraphs 73, 74 and 114, and ensure that it is a robust evidence base for the emerging Joint Local Plan.
