Description

The intention of this tender is to seek consultancy to the EDI Action Group to benchmark the Council's workforce once a year for two years, with the first round to have been completed by 31st March 2022. This would include looking at tools, methodology, developing metrics, guidance on analysis and advice on best practice in equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) for target setting and networking to benchmark against other similar organisations. We would expect this to be provided in the form of a report and presentation to our EDI Leadership Forum.
