Roof repairs for Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust, King Henry's Walk. The current leased property at King Henry's Walk has issues with the current state of the roof due to age, the present waterproofing is in a poor condition and is now generally deteriorating to the extent that water penetration is occurring. Therefore, it has been identified that the roof of this property is replaced.
