Description
- Resource to lead on coordination of transition activities; liaising with internal stakeholder groups, preparation of MI / reporting packs, chair relevant meetings with internal stakeholder groups
- Own the day to day tracking and coordination of business readiness activities when transitioning to public beta's across imports & exports as well as additional commodities as they are delivered - reporting progress into the Business Readiness Lead and Project Manager
- Coordinate on MI reporting including continuous review & validation of the MI reports being provided to ensure value add
- Lead on APHA engagement through the transition period including coordination of issue resolution with the necessary stakeholder groups
- Support on the drafting and issuing of internal and external comms in relation to the transition activities, reporting into the Project Comms Lead
- Ability to provide wider project support; RAID, planning updates, reporting, mailbox support for external stakeholders
