Description

We are looking for a consultant or organisation to carry out three individual Summative Assessments to satisfy ERDF compliance to be completed by the end of June 2018 (this specifically applies to two of the projects & further information is provided within the tender specification).

The Summative Assessments, required by our funders should be underpinned by a programme of active and planned engagement with project beneficiaries and the project team. This will culminate in a final evaluation on conclusion of the project which will focus on assessing overall impact and lessons learned which might inform the design of future projects.

A summative assessment is a specific requirement of our funders and must be completed by the end of June 2018. It will be impact based and undertaken according to the funder's common framework and methodology, a link to which is included in the tender specification.
