England's Economic Heartland (EEH) has developed a tool in partnership with WSP which enables review of baseline data across the Heartland region. This comprises of two components: a 'Databank', and 'Project view'. The purpose of this commission is for the 'maintenance' of these two tools over the next three years, covering the period August 2018 to August 2021.
