Description

Extra Care services for Hampton House, Pheonix House and Trinity Apartments. Provision for a care contract for all three sites with a new specification and extra care schemes.
The procurement has been divided into 3 Lots as follows:
Lot 1: All 3 sites (Hampton House, Phoenix House & Trinity Apartments)
Lot 2: Hampton House Only
Lot 3: Phoenix House & Trinity Apartments

The Council will decide which lots meets the requirements best and will award Lots accordingly. Therefore not all 3 Lots will be awarded. Only Lot 1 or Lot 2 & 3 shall be awarded following the evaluation process.
