Description

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to procure the required services for Periodic Electrical Testing and remedial works upon instruction to the properties of Staffs Housing.
The Client intends to appoint up to three Contractors onto an internal framework for the delivery of the aforementioned services across the property portfolio.
The contractor is required to provide a schedule of rates for all services. The Client shall apply these rates on a call off basis to a preferred Contractor for works required on geographic and availability based criteria.
The rates provided for this tender shall remain fixed for the first year upon agreement. The schedule of rates shall then be reviewed annually with the Contractor to agree revised rates for the continued service provision subject to Client satisfaction and at its sole discretion.
