Description

Following a Grant from the Culture Recovery Fund, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure a range of specialist advice services to support our Culture team on an ad hoc basis. In order to service the diverse range of expertise we require this tender has been split into 7 lots:
Lot 1: Cultural Policy and Social Return on Investment
Lot 2: Promotion (Activity and Brand) and Marketing (including advertising, social media, retail behaviour, audience development and Theatre programming)
Lot 3: Ticket and Event Pricing Strategy and event management
Lot 4: Digital and VR Technologies in the Culture Sector
Lot 5: Website design, maintenance, implementation and improvements - Tenderers will be required to demonstrate expertise in SRO integration and use of pixels/consumer tracking to be eligible for this lot.
Lot 6: Fundraising
Lot 7: Support for the Management of Seatgeeks SRO Sales and Marketing System
