Description

The Council is inviting tenders for a partner to detail design and build a new inclusive play area at World's End Recreation Ground in Burgess Hill.

The successful supplier will have a good understanding of designing for inclusivity and approach the design in a holistic, landscape led way. The theme is expected to percolate subtly through everything rather than be overtly enforced on one or two units.

Members of the public will be given the opportunity to comment on the design and the preferred bidder will be expected to make reasonable changes to the design to reflect popular views if agreed by the Council. They will have experience of working with the CDM Regulations 2015 and will need to take on the role
of Principal Designer.
