Description

The Construction of New Council Housing 'Phase 2A'

Bristol City Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of 23 council homes, comprising of a mix of houses and bungalows, associated hard and soft landscaping. All properties have been designed to Passivhaus standards, with the walls to be constructed of porotherm blocks. The buildings are to be fully completed by the main contractor to the point at which a tenant can move in, including all electrical, mechanical, drainage, landscaping and decorative works.
