Description

In response to the changing requirements within the Family Justice Review (2013) in respect of the Public Law Outline (PLO), workers need current understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the pre-proceedings process and the management of care proceedings.

We propose that this will be delivered via a 2-day programme which will be delivered in the Autumn and Spring term in Suffolk.

A minimum of 6 hours learning per day per programme is required for a maximum of 20 delegates per programme.

The course content must support the Social Work Professional Capabilities (PCF)Framework and the Social Work Knowledge and Skills Statements (KSS) for children and families. As part of your bidder response you will be expected to demonstrate how this is mapped.
