Description

The Council sought out a provider who are experienced and understand the challenges with working with localauthority and highly political environments and how this impacts on the role of a manager.
To deliver/facilitate a short development course for Introduction to Management;
• A creative, interactive and engaging session
• Appropriate challenge and support for all attendees
• Pre course engagement (for example pre-course thinking)
• Post training activity to embed the learning (for example reflection piece)
• Provider to provide all relevant training materials
