Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide Small Works & Repair services to Facilities managed sites. These small works and repair services include, but not be limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating and General Building & Roofing Repairs. Facilities currently managed below sites, but the tender requirements may require any future sites which SCDC purchase that will be managed by the Facilities Department.
