Description

Supporting the MMO to gain a clear understanding of user needs and potential solutions to address CFP compliance issues within fisheries management services (up to 4 of varying sizes).
By the end of the Discovery Phase it is expected that user personas, a detailed user journey (from a users perspective) and a set of user stories will be developed and ranked along with (i) a written report demonstrating how findings in the discovery phase would feed into the Alpha Phase (development of prototypes) (ii) an estimate for delivery.
