Description
Guinness is carrying out this procurement to put in place a 4-year, multi-lot framework for the
for the provision of grounds maintenance services to the communal areas of our estates. We require contractors for the North-West and North-Central areas of England, and parts of the South-West.
Activities in scope include, but are not limited to:
• Gardening and maintenance of green areas
• Removal of litter and debris from grassed areas, hard standings, car parks, roads, etc.
• Removal of invasive weeds, plants, ivies and self-rooting trees
• Graffiti removal
• Bulk waste collection and disposal
• Basic tree maintenance
