This document describes the requirements of Gloucester City Council ('the Authority') for new technology for a Theatre Booking, Ticketing and EPOS Till & Stock Control system.
The goals of this project is to:
• Enable the Authority to successfully move to new software and systems.
• To improve efficiency of systems, redesigning processes and enabling and driving the customer to do more online.
• Improve the customer experience.
