Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social and Social Care (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have awarded BrightStarr Group Limited (Unily) a 2 year Call-Off Contract with the option to extend a further one year via G-Cloud 11 Framework Agreement (RM1557.11) for the provision of a new intranet that meets PHE user needs and business needs.
