Description

The Council is seeking consultancy support to support the Director of Adult Social Care in a programme to deliver significant transformation to create an operating model for Adult Social Care in Warrington that is:
• A model that sets out the stall for ASC for the next 3-5 years - our vision, philosophy, values, leadership behaviours, ways of working and being focused on value of the Warrington pound, not just cost
• Bring to life what ASC is about and how it will support people to achieve their outcomes, outcomes for the council, place, system and beyond
• Be co-designed and co-developed with a rich tapestry of colleagues, partners, and experts with lived experience, to ensure it is ambitious, stretching, valid, deliverable and that it will make the difference we seek for our population
• An operating model that's informed by colleagues, that resonates with their values supporting the retention and development of our skilled and talented workforce
• Meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, that provides safe and effective services supporting preparation for inspection and a model that is endorsed by professional staff.

It is intended that this project should be completed within 18-24 months of commencement.
