Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 15 May 2019 for the following reason: Additional CPV codes added and date extended by one week to the 14 Jun 19.(The Authority is seeking to purchase 3 x wet collection grinding bench's, these will be installed at our MOD Lyneham site and come complete with training material and familiarisation training post installation, the Authority also seeks as part of the procurement an ongoing annual service requirement for 5 years and a 5 year warranty on the equipment's covering industry standard warranty terms.
The exact requirement will conform to the following specifications and as further detailed in the SOR within the tender docs of 70004198.
Each system must have the following specifications: IP65 Rating operating on 415v three phase 50 Hz supply. A bench constructed from corrosion/heat resistant material with a minimum working area of 1500 mm in length, 650mm in width and 850mm high.
The overall dimensions of the grinding bench shall be no more than 1800mm wide, 1000mm deep and working height 850mm high; overall height to be no more than 1800mm including rear and side protective screening.
A wet type filtration system with collector. The construction must be metal material with appropriate finishing. The collector must have anti-spark features, noise reduction, and fluid level control, drain valve, sludge bin and be able to handle corrosion inhibitors.
A downdraft extraction facility with dust collection to facilitate simple disposal of aggregated dust; suction to be minimum of 1750 m³/h.
Produce training materials/user maintenance guides & instructions that cover normal usage and approved user fault-finding and maintenance procedures.
Annual Servicing for 5 years.
5 year Warranty covering industry standard warranty terms.
Tenders are requested to complete both the SAQ and return a completed Tender including the Cyber Elements described within the tender.
