A call-off from Lot 1 of the Generation 4-TWO 2020 - 2024 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework (Awarded April 2020).

The works consist of the construction of a segregated cycle track on eastern side of Petersfield Road and northern side of Elmleigh Road in Havant, extending from the east gate of Havant and South Downs College (Havant Campus) to Havant railway station and Elmleigh Road / Leigh Road junction.
