Description

The Employer wishes to undertake a core programme of structural and non structural maintenance surfacing works over a three year period with a potential one year extension (at the Employer's sole discretion) at various locations throughout the County of Hertfordshire.

From time to time, throughout the contract period, Hertfordshire County Council will commission bespoke packages of work using the SMART Framework Agreement to place an order for a specific package of work to be undertaken by the Contractor on a design and build or build only basis.

The structural maintenance works are allocated into the following Lots:

Lot 1 - Carriageway Machine Surfacing
Lot 2 - Carriageway Surface Dressing
Lot 3 - Carriageway Microsurfacing
Lot 4 - Footway Reconstructions and Surface Treatments
Lot 5 - General Civils

This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage. If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed PQQ by the Closing date and time Submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a PQQ by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on Friday 8th April 2016
