Description

The principle aim of the Camden Rough Sleeping Hub is to provide immediate safe shelter for complex rough sleepers and to ensure service users engage positively with service offers which provide a route away from rough sleeping.
The Camden Rough Sleeping Hub provides a safe, outcome-focused environment for service users with multiple needs.
The contract will deliver a 16 bed short stay and move on hub for complex rough sleepers and supports the Camden 2025 vision that everyone in Camden should have a place they call home, with no one sleeping on the streets.
The contract will run for a period of 2 years and 4 months starting on 1st November 2022 and ending on 31 March 2025 with a maximum total budget over the contract period of £1,350,000.
