Description

Public Health England, Colindale wishes to appoint a contractor to be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the works comprising the Design and Installation of HVAC systems and controls within PHE Colindale. Including new Mixing Box controls, Air Conditioning Systems, BMS controls, Chillers and all associated works at the Colindale site over a five year period to be awarded as a framework agreement for a five year period with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The award will be based on tender returns for performance specification 'Scope of Works HVAC - Design & Build of HVAC and BMS Systems Upgrades' with further subsequent works awarded based on initial tendered rates, an agreed discount and satisfactory performance. The value of works in any one financial year will be up to £500k

The works shall comprise detailed site surveys, production of co-ordinated working drawings, procurement, supply, delivery, offloading, positioning, storing, installation, removal and disposal of redundant equipment and materials, installation, testing, commissioning, demonstration and handover of the new mixing boxes and the associated controls as detailed in this specification and on the tender drawings.

PHE would like to state that there is no guarantee of actual works during the life of this Contract.
