Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Domestic Homicide Review chairs and authors. This is to support the duty to undertake DHRs established on a statutory basis under section 9 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act (2004) This provision came into force in 2011, where overall responsibility for establishing and conducting a Domestic Homicide Review rests with the Community Safety Partnership of the Local Authority area in which the victim was normally resident at the time of the incident.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to appoint up to 15 chairs and authors to this framework, to be used as required.

10. Click the "Express Interest" button in the "Actions" on the left-hand side of the page.

This will move the ITT over to the "My ITTs" page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)

11. Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the "Settings and Buyer Attachments" in the "Actions" box on the left-hand side of the page

12. You can now choose to "Reply" or "Reject"

13. Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT
