Description, the works comprise;
- Section 1: Demolition of existing temporary classroom units, approx. 263m2, construction of two storey steel framed building with composite panel walls and roof, Sixth Form accommodation, including partial undercroft and associated service diversions and installations, approx. 910m2
- Section 2: Decamp existing Sixth Form building to the new building.
- Section 3: Undertake pre-demolition asbestos survey, asbestos removal, demolition of the existing Sixth Form teaching block and pedestrian link bridge, approx. 1186m2 and construction of external works including soft and hard landscaping, retaining walls, rearrangement of car park facilities, bin store, raised paved area, cycle shelter and steel glazed screens.
