Description

English Heritage, on behalf of the Living Barracks project, wishes to appoint an individual or company to develop an Activity Plan (with costed Action Plan and Audience Development Plan) as part of a stage 2 application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, setting out our vision for delivering a vibrant visitor experience and programme of participation activities at Berwick Barracks.

It is essential that the Activity Plan has a good fit with the project's vision, strategic objectives, and the NLHF round 1 application outcomes. It will ensure that communities are deeply embedded in the Living Barracks project, building a sense of ownership, belonging and pride.

The Activity Plan must be written in line with NLHF guidelines on Planning Activities in Heritage Projects. The Activity Plan will be developed in conjunction with the Interpretation Plan for the project, ensuring the two seamlessly work together and enhance each other's outputs.
