Description

The BBC has developed proposals with the local news industry to improve the provision of local journalism.The partnership (local democracy reporting service) has recruited 150 new journalists, employed by local newsproviders, to report on local institutions and public service issues; a News Hub - syndication of BBC local audioand video content for use by local and regional new organisations across the UK; and the Shared Data Unit -partnering with local news organisations on data journalism and making content available to wider industry.
This tender is being conducted for 11 x 0,5 contracts for Northern Ireland only.
Partners are to receive free content generated through the service, and suppliers will receive the same content but also employ one or more Local Democracy Reporters in Northern Ireland.

The initial contract period is 1 year with provision to extend by up to an additional 12 months.

3) Responding to the tender:
3.1) Click "My Response" under "PQQ/ITT Details", you can choose to "Create Response" or to "Decline toRespond" (please give a reason if declining);
3.2) You can now use the "Messages" function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification,
3.3) Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT There maybe a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available);
