Description
The supplier will be required to design and deliver:
1. An objective and systematic Assessment Centre to be used to support recruitment and selection into the following new Assistant Director Roles x4; for which the relevant Job Descriptions have been provided.
2. An objective and systematic Development Centre to identify the talent, skills, experience and capability of the existing 4 Senior Managers who wish to secure roles in the new Tier 3 structures and establish their suitability for the following new Assistant Director Roles x4.
