The Housing Income service in Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) currently manage circa of 800 temporary accommodation revenue accounts along with circa of 12,500 standard general needs revenue accounts.

Of particular interest is the Councils capability in terms of proactive arrears management and any technology or services that optimises and supports improvement in this area.
