Description

A further competition was carried out under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation under the Public Consultation & Market Research Services.

We wished to carry out a comprehensive public consultation exercise enabling a wide range of service users, non-users and other stakeholders to have their say on the future of the Council's residential care homes and day centres. Anyone wishing to do so should feel they have a reasonable opportunity to participate.
