Description
Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Birmingham Wellbeing Service Consultancy Opportunity for Sport England Pilot.
The contract will be for a period of 6 months starting from 1st May 2017 - 31st October 2017.
Birmingham Wellbeing Service seeks to commission consultancy support to deliver the following outcomes:
Production of a collaborative EOI for the local delivery pilot funding stream with Sport England
o Production and management of a detailed vision for collaborative delivery approach for work for Sport England going forward.
o Production of a map of stakeholders and key strategic partners for wellbeing service and externalised organisation
o Production of a statement of intent for our strategic collaborations linked to our vision for external audience.
o Development of an Internal Position statement around collaboration for the future; SWOT/PEST analysis around who we will be working with and who our collaborators could be
o Production and management of Commissioning intelligence around local reach and how we position ourselves in relation to commissioning aspirations
o production of a governance culture change action plan
