Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Blue Badge Investigation and Enforcement Service to tackle the problem of misuse of Blue Badges to ensure that disabled parking spaces are available to those who are in most need of them and to release parking spaces for fee paying customers.

The Service Provider shall be responsible for:-

a) The investigation of misuse of parking cards for disabled people (commonly known as blue badges).
b) The collection of data on badges that are being used on a regular basis within Birmingham City Council's boundary.

This contract will be for a period of 240 days of enforcement service within the 12 months commencing 01/02/2023 until 31/01/2024.
