Description

The Council would like to procure a consultant or consultancy to undertake a climate change risk and impact assessment and produces recommendations for Kent as part of the EU funded Flood Resilient Areas by Multi-LayEred Safety (FRAMES) Project. The work will include research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and report writing services and will result in the production of a detailed assessment of the county's current and future risks, opportunities and impacts of climate change; reliable economic valuations where possible; recommendations for Local Government and well-founded considerations of the impacts to specific sectors (including Health and Social Care, Transport, Utilities, Natural Environment and Agriculture) integrating findings from the CCRA 2017 and the GIF 2018.
