Description

Solihull Council, Income & Awards operates a discretionary crisis grant scheme for customers who present in financial hardship. This scheme provides basic white goods, furniture and pre-paid meter top ups to help customers resolve their immediate crisis and live independently in the community.

This procurement will be split into three lots, bidders are able to submit a bid for 1, 2 or all 3 lots. The lots are broken down as follows:

Lot 1 - Supply of pre-paid meter top up codes / vouchers in order to credit vulnerable customer's gas and electricity.

Lot 2 - Supply, delivery and installation of basic white goods (cookers, fridge freezers)

Lot 3 - Supply, delivery and installation of furniture with warranties to enable vulnerable customers to move into settled accommodation and live independently in the community.
