DCMS is seeking Client Representative and Project Management services:
•to support the development of proposals to be considered by the Panel (in line with the specification of the artist's brief, and in conjunction with the National Memorial Arboretum); and,
•to represent DCMS in working with the selected artist during production to ensure a high quality product, delivered on time and to budget.
