Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Parking Enforcement & Operations services.
Services include:
- Civil Parking Enforcement
- Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed and
mobile
- Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representations
- Representing the Council at tribunals
- Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporate
complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiries
- Operation of the off street parking estate
- Parking Permit Administration
- Bailiff and Debt Recovery
