Description

The Council require the design and construction of works to provide a multi storey car park development comprising the construction of 541 space multi-storey public car park (Sui Generis) and 825 sqm. (GEFA) flexible commercial floor-space (Use Class A1, B1 and D2) on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park together with the associated infrastructure services as described in more detail within the attached documents.

Infrastructure services are to be modified to suit the new structure and a new electrical mains supply provided to the site; drainage is to be modified and installed to divert existing services and to install new services to support the SUDS strategy and Flood Risk Assessment developed for the site. The car park is to be served by two stair cores providing vertical pedestrian access through the structure and two electric lifts. Electric lighting and CCTV coverage is required.
