The scope is to undertake a non-intrusive Condition and Dilapidation Survey of the following assets.

Old Oak Common Lane (circa 800m)
Existing retaining walls.
Network Rail and London Underground assets
Existing boundary fencing
1.2hectare of Wormwood scrubs with associated construction access at Braybrook Street
Existing properties within Wells House Terrace


Subcontractor to provide supervision, access equipment to inspect 2 Storey houses and retaining walls at approximately 6m high.

Programme is to commence April 2020 and complete Feb 2025, allowing for 20 independent visits
(10/02/20 commence preparation of SHEQ documents and planning for works, 6/04/20 commence surveys )

Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender through an external ERP system.

The exact scoring criteria are currently being developed by BBVS, and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to register for the ERP system in due course.

What is clear at this stage is that tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: HSEQ, Commercial, Programme, Methodology (particularly with working in a track environment).
