Description

The EHRC is to evaluate the impact of training being delivered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to its staff. The purpose of the training is to embed equality and human rights into the organisation's regulatory approach. An organisation was commissioned by the EHRC to deliver a range of learning and development activities during 2015-16. These range from online courses and webinars to more advanced classroom-based sessions which offer the possibility of accreditation. The purpose of this project is to complement and develop existing evaluation work at the CQC, offer additional capacity and provide independent assurance of the evaluation findings.
