Description

Merseyside Police's vehicle fleet is extensive and comprises a wide range of vehicles, and managing its maintenance, safety and replacement is complex and critical.

In order to meet the changing needs of the Force's Vehicle Fleet & Transport Department we require a system to manage the fleet efficiently, safely and effectively. The system will facilitate regular reviews of compliance with every aspect of vehicle availability, maintenance and safety. It will also incorporate a streamlined defect management process across the fleet from vehicle user through to completion in the workshop.

It will provide a platform that improves internal and external communication, enhancing compliance management whilst reducing manual input to a minimum.
It will also provide a meaningful and accurate reporting suite to support the operation of a modern state of the art police vehicle fleet.
