Description

WMHG wish to tender for a suitable contractor to refurbish one of its buildings based in Coventry. The space is currently used for office space and also the base depot for our internal estate's teams including Greenworks and Cleanworks. The building requires a building refurbishment to bring it line with the rest of the Groups buildings. This project has been identified as potentially being of interest to small and medium sized contractors and therefore this tender process is designed to be as simple and straight forward as possible, whilst complying with the procurement process obligations within the Group.
We anticipate the full contract value to be approximately £500,000 - £600,000.
