Description

The Authority wishes to establish an Agreement/Contract for the provision of the operation and maintenance of the steam locomotive known as Flying Scotsman (no.60103) for the term of 6 years commencing January 2018. This will be referred to as 'the Services'. The Agreement/Contract is to also include the mandatory interim overhaul of the locomotive which will fall due during the 6-year term.
